Popis

Get the workouts your coach prescribed in Kinevo, right on your watch: running and circuits. Open the app and it loads the workouts for your week, saving each one as a native Garmin workout. From there your watch takes over, with the prescribed targets, laps and alerts. Train on the scheduled day or any other day. REQUIRES A KINEVO ACCOUNT This app does not work on its own. You need an athlete account in Kinevo with an active coach prescribing your training. The athlete app is free. HOW TO CONNECT 1. Open Kinevo on your watch. It shows a 6-digit code. 2. In the Kinevo app on your phone, go to Profile › Connections › My Garmin, tap Connect watch and type the code. 3. Done: your week's workouts show up in Workouts on the watch. Using an older version of the Kinevo app? Generate a code in My Garmin and paste it into this app's settings, inside Garmin Connect on your phone. WHAT IT DOES • Loads the workouts prescribed for the next 7 days • Saves them as native watch workouts, which guide the session • Running: time-based and distance-based intervals (for example, 5×1000m), with targets by heart rate zone or pace • Circuits: rounds, AMRAP and EMOM, with reps and load per station • On supported watches, the glance keeps the week in sync WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • No GPS, no sensors: it measures nothing on its own • It does not read your activity history • It does not change anything in your account Requires the watch to be connected to your phone when loading workouts. Co je nového

Your watch now loads the whole week's workouts, not just today's, so you can train on any day. New way to connect: open Kinevo on the watch and type the 6-digit code it shows into the Kinevo app. On supported watches, the glance keeps the week in sync on its own.
