Popis

An app built for nordic walking – everything you need with poles in your hands, from start to summary. • Heart rate target zone: pick zone 1–5 on the start screen. If your heart rate goes above it, the watch vibrates and shows "SLOW DOWN"; if it drops below (after warm-up) – "SPEED UP". • Workout screen: time, distance, current pace, heart rate in zone colour, cadence (steps/min) and a 5-minute heart rate chart. • More stats: average pace, steps, ascent, calories, last kilometre time. • Route track on the watch, and a real map with your position on watches with maps. • Every kilometre: vibration and split time, progress ring around the screen edge. • Pause menu: Resume / Save / Discard. • Summary: time, distance, pace, avg/max heart rate, steps, calories, ascent, full workout chart, splits table (fastest highlighted) and time in heart rate zones. • Saved to Garmin Connect as a walk named "Nordic Walking", with the full route map. • Dark landscape background on AMOLED screens (can be turned off), neon accents, phone connection icon. • Kilometres or miles – following your watch settings. Polish, English and German. Settings in Garmin Connect / Connect IQ app: target zone, vibrate every km/mile, vibration, background image.
