A clean, colorful watch face for people who want to see their day at a glance. Big time in the center, seconds and current heart rate next to it, and a heart-rate chart of the last two hours colored by your own HR zones below. What the watch face shows (top to bottom): 1.Battery. Charge percentage and a battery icon whose color changes smoothly: bright green from 60%, then yellow, red at 10% and below. A blue Bluetooth icon appears when your phone is connected. 2.Floors (top left). Floors climbed today and 10 squares showing progress to your daily goal. Each square is 10% of the goal; completed squares light up green. 3. Moon phase (top center). A realistic image of the Moon in its current phase (24 phases, Northern Hemisphere view). 4. Steps (top right). Today's step count and 10 squares showing progress to your daily step goal. 5. Time. Large digits in the center of the dial. 24-hour format by default; you can switch to your watch's time format in the settings. 6. Seconds. Bold digits on the right, aligned with the top of the time. 7. Heart rate. Current heart rate with a heart icon, under the seconds and aligned with the bottom of the time. 8. Weather. Current weather icon (sun, clouds, rain, snow, storm, fog) and temperature. 9. Date. Day of the week and day of the month. 10. Heart-rate chart. The last 2 hours; each bar covers less than a minute. Bar colors follow the HR zones from your Garmin profile: blue below zone 1 (normal day), green zone 1, yellow zone 2, orange zone 3, red zone 4, purple zone 5. Workouts stand out as colorful parts of the chart. 11. Calories. Calories burned today. 12. Seconds ring. The edge of the dial is a seconds counter: from 12 o'clock clockwise, elapsed seconds light up green and the rest of the ring stays grey. Settings (Connect IQ app on your phone, or on the watch: hold the watch face → Customize): - top left and top right fields: steps, floors, intensity minutes, Body Battery or empty, - field under the seconds: heart rate, stress, Body Battery, floors, Moon phase or empty, - bottom field: heart rate, steps, calories, floors, stress, Body Battery, intensity minutes, distance, Moon phase or empty, - chart: heart rate, stress or Body Battery, - seconds: on or off, - always 24 h: on, or use the watch's time format. Always-on mode and battery: - On AMOLED screens, always-on mode shows only a dimmed time and date, shifted slightly every minute to prevent burn-in. - On MIP screens, seconds are hidden in low-power mode. - Optimized for battery life: heart-rate history is read once per minute and images are loaded only when they change.
