Popis

Move better, every day. Stretches turns your watch into a personal stretching coach. Choose the stretches you care about, set the times you want to be reminded, and let your watch guide you through each pose with clear illustrations and countdowns - then save the session to Garmin Connect like any other activity. Perfect for desk breaks, warm-ups, cooldowns, post-run mobility, and stiff necks. WHAT YOU CAN DO - 34 guided stretches across neck, wrist and forearm, shoulder and chest, torso and back, and legs - including twelve dedicated neck positions. - Clear illustrations with motion arrows show exactly what to do, on every screen size. - Your routine, your rules: pick any set of stretches and give each one its own hold time (default 30 seconds). - Daily reminders: add as many times as you like and switch each one on or off. Your watch vibrates and beeps when it is time. - A calm guided flow: a get-ready countdown, a preview of each stretch, a live timer with a progress ring, and a gentle buzz between poses. - Finish strong: a congratulations screen, then save or discard the session. - Real activity tracking: every session records heart rate, calories and time and syncs to Garmin Connect as a Flexibility Training activity, with one lap per stretch showing its name and hold time. - Six languages: English, Portugues, Espanol, Francais, Deutsch, Italiano - selectable in the app, following your watch language by default. - Light on battery: reminders use efficient background events; nothing runs while you are not stretching. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open the app and choose Start now, or set a Schedule. 2. Pick your stretches and hold times under My stretches and Durations. 3. When a reminder fires, choose Start, Snooze 15 min, or Skip. 4. Follow the guided poses - pause, skip, or end any time. 5. Save to see it in Garmin Connect. Free, open source, and privacy-friendly: Stretches has no accounts, no ads, and no data collection - everything stays on your watch and in your own Garmin Connect activities. Loosen up. Your neck will thank you.
