Add your own custom medication data, or reach out to us to learn more first. Nothing leaves your devices. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to. PRIVACY BY DESIGN -no account required -no upload required -no tracking, no ads ON THE WATCH -log an entry in a few taps: what, how much, how long -a ring for every active entry, showing time elapsed and time remaining -a timeline of your day and a history of past entries -heart rate and body stats shown alongside the entry you are following -repeat your last entry with a single tap -works with no phone nearby WITH THE COMPANION APP -your log syncs between watch and phone -charts and statistics on the bigger screen -import and export your own data, so it stays yours BUILT FOR THE WATCH -every supported screen size and shape -dark by default -large touch targets, readable at a glance JournalPRO is built around a simple idea: keeping an honest record of your own habits is what makes reflecting on them possible.
