Popis
NBack is a scientifically backed brain training exercise used in cognitive research to improve working memory and focus.
Each round, a letter and grid position are shown one at a time. Your goal is to remember what appeared N steps back in the sequence. Press POS if the position matches what appeared N turns ago. Press LTR if the letter matches.
Start at N=1 for a warm up, N=2 for a real challenge, or N=3 to push your limits. Choose your round length and go.
Use the UP button to change round length. Use the DOWN button to change N level. Press START to begin.
