Popis

Time your abs exercises after your run. Choose from seven different editable workouts: - Five Minute Abs - Ten Minute Abs - Plank Abs - Stretching - Myrtles - Lunges - Drills For a description of the default exercises, check out this page: https://interlakexc.com/warm-up/ If enabled in Settings, the app can also save and sync an activity to Garmin Connect (with heart rate and calorie data, if available). Older devices will need to install the AbsTimer Lite app: https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/apps/456855aa-ff00-4bd3-b2c1-0e85f284c073 The app is free and open-source. If you like it feel free to support me: https://buymeacoffee.com/kaedenbrinkman If you have any questions about using the app or any feedback, I'd love to hear from you! Just click "Contact developer" on the Connect IQ store.
