Popis

Horme on your watch is a remote control for the workout logger in the Horme phone app. Log your sets without pulling out your phone, with the rest timer buzzing on your wrist. WHAT IT DOES • Shows the live workout: current exercise, target sets and progress. • Log each set from the watch (weight, reps and RIR); syncs to the phone instantly. • Rest timer with vibration alerts (3 s before the end and when it finishes). • Live heart rate with your training zone during the session. • A daily "Pulse" ring when you're not working out: training, nutrition and recovery in three sectors, showing the same number as your phone. • Water, calories left and your streak at a glance — plus Garmin's own Body Battery when your watch reports it. • Buttons and touchscreen navigation; English and Spanish (follows the phone app's language). WITHOUT YOUR PHONE (STANDALONE) • Press START and pick a workout on the watch itself: full body, push, pull, legs, core or free. • Log weight, reps and effort, with each exercise's own rest time. • What you train without your phone is saved in the watch's own history (MENU to view it). HOW IT WORKS With your phone nearby it leads: it sends the resolved workout and the watch shows it and returns what you log (needs the Horme app on your phone and Garmin Connect Mobile for BLE pairing). Without your phone, the watch trains on its own from its built-in catalogue. That workout is saved on your wrist and never mixes with your phone's history: the watch still computes no progression or volume — that is the phone app's job. Horme is evidence-based educational content. It is not a substitute for professional health advice.
