Popis

IronLog is a no-frills strength-training companion for the gym. Plan your routine once, then focus on lifting — the watch guides you set by set. • Up to 3 configurable workouts Set up your workouts in Garmin Connect / Connect IQ: name, exercises, target sets, reps, starting weight and rest time. • Per-set targets on your wrist Before every working set, adjust the target weight and reps right on the watch — pre-filled with your last set so you only tweak what changed. • Last-performance reminder Each exercise shows your last logged reps and weight, so you always know what to beat. • Log your real reps After each set, confirm the reps you actually completed — your progress is saved automatically. • Built-in rest timer An automatic countdown between sets with quick +/- adjustments and a buzz when it's time to go again. • Optional warm-up flow Add warm-up sets before your working sets, with their own weight selector and rest timer. • Progression Reps and weights from your previous session are shown into the application when you set the target weight of the day. HOW IT WORKS 1. Configure your workouts in the app settings in Connect IQ. 2. On the watch, pick today's workout. 3. For each set: set your target, do the reps, confirm, rest, repeat. 4. Review your workout summary at the end. Note: per-exercise reps/weight are stored in the FIT file's developer fields and do not appear in the native Garmin Connect strength UI.

Co je nového

IronLog 1.1.0 NEW: Up to 8 workouts - Configure up to 8 workouts (previously 3) from the app settings in Garmin Connect. - Each workout supports up to 12 exercises, with sets, reps, starting weight and rest time for each one. - Workouts still rotate automatically: only the workouts you fill in are used, in order. - Your existing workouts and progress are kept. Nothing changes until you add a new workout. IMPROVED: Workout selection screen - Rows now adapt to each watch's font size: no more overlapping buttons on large AMOLED screens (Forerunner 965/265/165, fēnix 8, Venu 3, vívoactive 5/6, and more). - The "CHOOSE WORKOUT" title is no longer cut off. - Cleaner layout: the screen now shows only the workout names. Note: fēnix 6, fēnix 6S and Venu Sq have less memory available for apps, so they remain limited to 3 workouts.
