Time is a position, not a readout Every ring on this face is anchored to the same 24-hour clock: midnight at the top, six in the morning at the right, noon at the bottom. Nothing is a free-floating percentage. Your meals sit at the hours you eat them, last night's sleep wraps the top of the dial across midnight where it actually happened, and the cream needle is now.
