COMPATIBLE TOOTHBRUSHES Oral-B Bluetooth electric toothbrushes: iO Series (incl. iO 10), Genius, Genius X, Smart Series, Pro and Triumph / Pro Care with Bluetooth. FAQ The watch does not find my brush? A toothbrush streams its data to only one device at a time. Close the Oral-B phone app, and for the iO 10 unplug the charging base (or switch off its Bluetooth) – otherwise the brush connects to the base instead of your watch. Then switch the brush on near the watch. My iO 10 stopped working after an update? Open the menu, choose "Forget Device" and pair the brush again. Prefer to pay directly in the Connect IQ Store?
