More companions and scenes in Zen Cup. A phrase for the moment • A short, kind phrase appears under the time. Choose a theme: A bit of everything (default), Self-confidence, Motivation, Calm & rest, Self-compassion, Hard moments or A little lightness. • "A bit of everything" mixes Self-confidence, Motivation, Calm & rest and Self-compassion. "Hard moments" and "A little lightness" (gentle, silly jokes) are only shown when you choose them. • Rotation: a new phrase every hour (default), one per part of the day (morning, day, evening), one per day, or never. Two hours in a row never show the same phrase. • Written separately in each language by native writers, not translated: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Polish. • Phrase gender: Auto, Feminine, Masculine or Neutral. In French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese and Polish, phrases are worded for you. Up to 2 pauses a day • Pick your times (10:30 and 17:00 by default). An invitation appears for 1 hour (or 30 minutes, 2 hours, all day): a large soap bubble, or a small bubble next to the time. • Touch and hold the invitation or the companion: the pause counts and a guided breath starts right on the watch face ("Breathe here"). In the settings you can instead open Garmin's own Stress screen (its native breathing exercise starts from there), or just mark the pause. • The pause counts as soon as you hold. A warm trace then appears in the scene. • A missed pause leaves no remark. No counter, no streak, no score. • Please note: a watch face cannot vibrate, so this one does not. If you want a reminder, set a native alarm on your watch. Small data, only if you want it • The battery is always shown above the date. Left: steps by default. Right: nothing by default. Each side can show nothing, steps, next pause or heart rate. • Date format (7 styles, or hidden), 12/24 h time, or simply like your watch. Alive, but frugal • After each wrist raise (4 seconds): steam rises from the cup when the companion has one, and fireflies drift on some night scenes. Can be turned off. • Always-On mode: a line drawing of the companion and the horizon, hollow time digits. Burn-in safe. • Settings in the Connect IQ phone app, or on the watch: hold the time, then Customize. Permissions • Location: only to compute sunrise and sunset. • Complications: only to open Garmin's own screens when you hold the companion or invitation (Stress), the steps, the heart rate or the battery. • User profile: only your gender, only for "Phrase gender" on Auto. Choose Feminine, Masculine or Neutral and it is no longer read. Everything is computed on the watch. No data ever leaves it. This Lite version is free.
