Stretching keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way. That puts you at risk for joint pain, strains, and muscle damage. 9 benefits of stretching include: 1. Increases your flexibility 2. Increases your range of motion 3. Improves your performance in physical activities 4. Increases blood flow to your muscles 5. Improves your posture 6. Helps to heal and prevent back pain 7. Is great for stress relief 8. Can calm your mind 9. Helps decrease tension headaches [INSTRUCTIONS] Start: starts & stops the workout Up/Down: cycles through the workouts, skip forward/backward a step during a workout Back: pause/resume during a workout [SETTINGS] In the app settings you can configure: - Stretch Duration - Rest Duration - Sound, vibrate & backlight - Text colours Please see https://support.garmin.com/en-GB/?faq=TMj0wxIdjh382mBFh5rG46 [QUESTIONS OR ISSUES] Any questions?
