A digital clock split in two by one steep line between the living and the dead. A diagonal runs across the dial from the rim at the upper right to the lower left, glowing faintly like the edge of the moon. Above it is the night: a violet sky with stars, a huge full moon, and a haunted mansion with a dead tree on its hill. Below it is the earth: dark layered soil, roots, a coffin, a skull and scattered bones. The hour stands big in the sky in ghost white, its edge against the line; the minutes lie big in the earth in pumpkin orange, against it from the other side, so the time reads as one number with the line running through it. Time follows the watch's own 12/24-hour setting. In the earth's upper corner, the weekday and date sit above three readings, each with its own icon, stepping down along the line. You choose what the three show. While the watch is awake, a ghost drifts up and down along the line and two bats flap over the night sky. Always-on goes dark: the main shapes as faint outlines, with the hour, the minutes and the date dimmed. It is kept well within the display brightness limit, so it stays lit instead of blanking after a few seconds. SETTINGS Show animations: on or off. Off stops the ghost and the bats. Top, middle and bottom reading: heart rate, steps, battery, body battery, calories, elevation, stress, distance or temperature. Heart rate, steps and battery by default. The date, the time format and the units come from the watch.
