Description

Track your intermittent fasting window right from your wrist. - See your current phase (fasting or eating window), a live countdown, and a progress bar at a glance. - Quick presets: 16:8, 18:6, 20:4, OMAD (23:1) - or set any custom fasting/eating length that fits your routine (1-48h fasting, 1-12h eating window). - Stop or start the timer whenever you need a break, independent of resetting your fast. - Adjust start time: forgot to start the timer right after your last meal? Set the exact clock time (HH:MM) the current phase actually started, and the countdown recalculates from that moment. - Background alerts: your watch vibrates and shows a message when a phase ends, even if the app isn't open. - Hydration reminders: set a water goal (in ml) and how often you want to be reminded to drink (from every 15 minutes up to every 3 hours) - runs independently of your fasting schedule. - Separate movement reminders to stretch or walk, on your own interval. - Rotating tips for both fasting and eating windows. - Works in English and Czech, matching your watch's language setting. How to use: - Tap the screen / press Select to show the next tip. Once a phase timer runs out, tap again to switch to the next phase (fasting - eating). - Open the menu button (long-press UP on most watches) to access Settings. - In Settings you can pick a preset or a custom protocol (each starts a fresh fast right now), turn the timer on/off, correct the start time if you forgot to start it on time, set your hydration goal and reminder interval, set a movement reminder, or restart your fast from now. Simple, distraction-free, and built for real intermittent fasting schedules - not just 16:8.

What is new

Fixed a crash when opening Settings on Instinct 2 / 2S / 2X / Crossover — the Reorder menu (customizing item order) and the optional phase-warning submenu have been removed on these watches to free up memory. Everything else in Settings — protocols, timer, adjust start time, theme, reset — is unchanged. All other watch models keep every feature as before. Re-added a lightweight glance preview (the small summary shown in the widget carousel) showing your current phase and remaining time at a glance — previously removed for reliability, now rebuilt from scratch to be memory-safe on every supported watch. Fixed the widget failing to build its glance preview on fenix 6 / 6 Pro / 6S / 6S Pro / 6X Pro and Forerunner 945 / 945 LTE due to a memory limit — the new glance preview fixes this. Everything else in Settings — protocols, timer, adjust start time, theme, reset — is unchanged. All other watch models keep every feature as before. Fixed the widget/glance preview showing a blank title with no phase or time info — it was silently crashing on every device. The glance preview is back and now shows the exact clock time your current phase ends (e.g. "11:19AM") instead of a countdown, so it's easier to read at a glance in the widget carousel. On larger displays it also shows the phase name (e.g. "11:19AM FASTING"). Fixed the widget failing to build its glance preview on fenix 6 / 6 Pro / 6S / 6S Pro / 6X Pro and Forerunner 945 / 945 LTE due to a memory limit. Fixed long tips getting permanently cut off on smaller displays — tips that don't fit the screen now automatically scroll through the full text instead of losing the end of the message.
