Description

Breathing exercises and breath-hold training on your Garmin watch. Create, preview and run sessions without a phone or internet connection. OxyBoost website: https://oxyboo.st The Garmin app is free and works independently; the iPhone app is optional. Keep multiple named exercises of each type. Add, edit, rename, duplicate or delete exercises directly on the watch. A new library starts with one exercise of each type. Features: - Box and triangle breathing with editable phase durations and cycle counts. - O2 and CO2 tables generated from your manually entered personal-best hold and Lite, Medium or Hard difficulty. - Relaxation training: end each hold with START or a screen tap when you feel the first contraction. - Custom tables with timed or manually ended breathing and hold phases. - Phase preview, previous/next phase controls, pause/resume and vibration cues. - Phase-colored progress rings and completion feedback. Monochrome display on Descent G1. - Optional heart-rate display and recording for viewing pulse data in your OxyBoost session history. - Local history of the latest 20 saved session summaries. Optional account sync: Open Account sync on your watch and link it in Settings at https://app.oxyboo.st. Exercises, their notification preferences and vibration settings sync automatically while OxyBoost is open on the watch and Garmin Connect is connected. Watch sessions are uploaded to your OxyBoost account history; sessions from other devices are not downloaded to the watch. You can keep practicing offline and sync later. New Triangle exercises use a 4-second inhale, 7-second hold and 8-second exhale. Existing saved exercises and local history are preserved. Controls: START begins a session, pauses/resumes a timed phase, or ends a manual phase. During practice, DOWN advances to the next phase and UP returns to the previous phase. BACK/MENU opens Resume/Finish. In number editors, UP/DOWN changes the value, MENU changes the adjustment step, START saves and BACK cancels. START corresponds to GPS on Descent G1. The interface is in English. Garmin Connect activity export is not supported. Exercise notifications configured in OxyBoost on iOS or the web play on your Garmin watch after syncing.
