No initial setup or manual input required. - Step 2: Check the screen View today's available calories and macros on the main screen or Glance. - Step 3: Swipe down for details Scroll through meal allocations, tomorrow's forecast, body status, history, auto-calibration status, and settings. Use the DOWN button on button-operated watches. - Step 4: Post-workout refueling When you finish a workout, the recovery timer starts counting down automatically. - Step 5: Customize settings Tap the settings screen [or press START / MENU on button watches] to open the configuration menu.
