Opis
DechFit brings your assigned workouts to your Garmin watch. Review today's exercises, choose a favorite gym, record weight and reps, follow your rest timer, and finish the session even when your phone is away. After reconnecting, completed actions sync back through Garmin Connect Mobile to the DechFit app. A DechFit student account and a compatible phone are required for setup and synchronization.
