Victory Fitness brings your coach's planned workouts to your Garmin watch.
Open the Victory Fitness iPhone app, choose "Send this week to my Garmin", and this week's runs, rides and walks appear on the watch. Pick a workout, press START, and the watch guides you step by step: warm-up, work and recovery intervals, target pace or heart-rate zone, live pace and heart rate, and a countdown of time or distance left in each step. Repeats are counted for you (Work 2/6), and the session is recorded as a normal Garmin activity so it shows up in Garmin Connect and syncs anywhere your Garmin account does.
Requires the Victory Fitness iPhone app (free to download) and an active training plan. The phone app builds your plan with an AI coach and adapts it to your progress.
Workouts are sent from the phone over Bluetooth; nothing else is collected by this watch app. Feedback: [email protected]
