Deadlift Power PRO - https://apps.garmin.com/apps/3d85e951-3b48-4a1e-b328-4aa6e407384e One lift, done properly. Every strength app on your watch treats the deadlift as one of many. This one treats it as the whole subject — and the first five sessions are the complete app, not a demo. Eleven variations, all anchored to one number. Conventional, sumo, trap-bar, Romanian, stiff-leg, deficit, rack pull, block pull, paused, tempo and snatch-grip each carry their own percentage of your tested 1RM. Test your pull once and every prescription lands at the right weight on its own, floored to the nearest 2.5 kg / 5 lb so a set never overshoots. Where does the bar stall? Floor, below the knee, lockout, grip, or "nothing, I just want more" — answer once and the app prescribes the matching six-week block: deficit and paused work off the floor, tempo and RDLs for position, block and rack pulls for lockout, holds and carries for grip. A real grip module. Timed bar holds and farmer carries with their own PBs, a Grip Day session, grip challenges, and a grip mode — double overhand, hook or mixed — on every working set. Grip is what ends most deadlift sets; nothing else on the Store tracks it. And a recovery guard that warns you before a heavy pull inside 48 hours of the last one. Also inside - Six programs, eight prebuilt sessions, a Daily Pull and seven challenges - 1RM test with an automatic warm-up ramp, a 3/5/8RM ladder, a ramp generator - Plate calculator (colour plates, 20/15 kg bar, collars, micro plates, kg/lb) - Live set card with the resolved weight, plate strip, grip mode and rest countdown, plus optional RPE logging - e1RM trend per variation, weekly tonnage, bodyweight-multiple milestones, grip PBs, full history - Weekly plan, movement library with cues and fault fixes - Records to Garmin Connect as a strength activity with one lap per set - Touch and button-only watches, 80 Garmin products, AMOLED and MIP — code-drawn in molten-iron orange on black Free for your first 5 completed sessions. After that, upgrade to the full version: "Deadlift Power Pro" — available separately in the Connect IQ Store, with no session limit. One-time purchase, no subscription. --- Questions or ideas? https://bikintulis.de/contact — BIKINTULIS
