WindsurfE is a simple windsurfing activity app designed for the Garmin Instinct E 45mm. It provides clear, glanceable information on the water, including current speed, run maximum speed, total maximum speed, distance, activity time, and heart rate. Four data screens can be switched using the UP / DOWN buttons. Recording starts automatically when GPS is ready. Press GPS / START while recording to open the PAUSED menu, where you can Resume, Save, or Discard the activity. Save and Discard require confirmation to help prevent accidental operation. Activities are saved as FIT files and can be viewed in Garmin Connect. RUN Speed, Bottom Display, and Power Save can be configured from SETUP. WindsurfE is designed specifically for the Instinct E 45mm with a simple high-contrast interface for use during windsurfing.
