Full guide, every setting explained and the list of supported watches: https://maciekkus.com/pulse-viz Pulse Viz Pro is the complete edition of the Pulse Viz watch face for AMOLED and MIP Garmin watches — a personal health dashboard with the training data serious athletes actually check. Everything from the free version, plus two fully configurable activity rings, a training & health complication suite, a live stress sparkline and seven wake animations. --- The free Pulse Viz is on the store too - check reviews or try: https://apps.garmin.com/apps/f04803bb-17f5-4996-a3e5-45ffa8287a17 --- Two Configurable Activity Rings Two arcs frame your dial, each with its own metric — steps, distance, calories, active minutes, floors, stress, Body Battery or heart rate — and curved value labels. Past your goal the arc splits into goal + surplus, so big days show (up to 150%). Pick each ring's colour from a 16-colour palette, or leave it on Auto to follow your theme and HR/stress zones. Training & Health Complication Suite VO2 max (run), VO2 max (bike), recovery time, resting heart rate, respiration rate, Pulse Ox and weekly intensity minutes on top of the essentials — 17 metrics across three slots. Tap any field to jump into its native Garmin app. Live HR or Stress Sparkline The bottom graph shows your heart rate colour-coded by zone, or your stress over the last 12 or 24 hours. 7 Wake Animations Slide, Sweep, Fade, Grow, Bounce, Unfurl or Bloom — a smooth sub-second entrance every time you raise your wrist. Always-On Display AMOLED: dimmed time and HR sparkline with per-minute pixel shift for burn-in protection. MIP: the whole face stays on, seconds included. Weekly Activity & Stress Chart 7-day steps, distance, calories, active minutes or floors with a smart goal line — or a 7-day stress chart with each day's range and average. Seconds Your Way Dot Ring, Radar Sweep, Diagonal Stripes, or a numeric seconds readout in the colour you choose. 8 Color Themes + Custom Color Purple, Cyan, Amber, Green, Rose, Blue, Red — or any hex colour with an auto-generated palette, in three intensity levels. Real-Time Weather Temperature and condition with true day/night awareness based on your sunrise and sunset.
