Opis
Wellness Companion retrieves key health metrics—including HRV, RHR, sleep score, and sleep duration—from https://intervals.icu and publishes them as complications for use on compatible watch faces.
How to Set Up:
1. Log in: Sign in to your account at https://intervals.icu
2. Sync Garmin: Connect your Garmin account and ensure all data permissions are selected for import.
3. Configure Credentials: Locate your Athlete ID and API Key under https://intervals.icu/settings. Enter them into the Wellness Companion app settings.
4. Fetch Data: Press the START button on your watch to initiate the data sync.
5. Add Complication: Link the data to a compatible watch face. See instructions here: https://ko-fi.com/Post/Complications-S6S21PPWWW
Why Use This App?
Currently, the Garmin CIQ SDK does not grant third-party apps direct access to native wellness data. Wellness Companion provides a workaround by pulling this information from intervals.icu, which utilizes the Garmin Connect APIs.
===================================
For CIQ developers, if you are integrating these complications, use the following details:
Long label: Wellness Companion
Short labels: HRV (Numeric), RHR (Numeric), Sleep Score (Numeric), Sleep Duration (String), Training Readiness (Numeric).

Disclaimer: This app is NOT affiliated with or endorsed by intervals.icu.
