Choose Get Pro to open the payment page on your phone (tap it three times for a QR code to scan instead); after paying, paste the licence key you are shown into the app settings in Garmin Connect (License Key). GOOD TO KNOW Guidance only, not medical advice. The sleep figure is the sleep window from your user profile: Connect IQ apps cannot read how long you actually slept, and the app says so. Your resting-heart-rate norm builds up over the first days of wearing the watch; until then the rest rule cannot fire. The morning prompt is the watch's own "open app" message; Do Not Disturb and Sleep Mode can hold it back. Everything is calculated on the watch; your health data is never sent anywhere.
