Opis

IMPORTANT: Garmin's official operating temperature range for the watch is -20 to 45 C (-4 to 113 F). A sauna room (typically 80-100 C) is outside this range. Using the watch in a sauna may damage the device, shorten battery life or void the warranty. The developer of this app is not responsible for any damage to the device or any health issue. Use at your own risk. Use in a very hot sauna is not recommended. If you do use it, keep the watch away from the hottest area whenever possible. Sauna HR is a sauna session tracker designed for physical buttons only. No touchscreen needed, even with wet hands. - Large, fast-updating heart rate display - Separate timers for Sauna, Cold plunge and Rest. Transit time between them is not counted - Each phase ends and the next one starts only when you press START. Nothing switches automatically - Set counter, per-phase max/avg/min heart rate and recovery (HR drop) per set - Heart rate graph colored by phase, and a set history page - Vibration alerts for target time, high/low heart rate and set completion. Each can be turned on or off - Saves the session to Garmin Connect as an activity with laps per phase and developer fields (phase, set, sauna/cold/rest totals) Buttons: START = start / end phase, BACK = finish session (with confirmation), UP/DOWN = history / HR graph, hold UP = settings. Heart rate comes from the watch's optical sensor and updates about once per second. Readings may be inaccurate in heat or water. This app is not a medical device. Leave the sauna immediately if you feel unwell.

Nowości

- Now supports almost all Garmin watches (fenix, epix, Forerunner, Venu, vivoactive, Instinct, MARQ, Enduro, Descent, Approach and more). The screen layout adapts to each watch. - On watches with only two buttons, the HR graph and set history can be opened from Settings. - All vibration alerts are OFF by default. Turn them on in Settings if you want them. - Settings cannot be opened during a sauna / cold / rest phase, so target times cannot change by accident.
