MSCLS turns your Garmin watch into a glanceable companion for the MSCLS workout app on iPhone. Start and run your strength workout on your iPhone — MSCLS on your watch mirrors it in real time, right on your wrist: • Current exercise and set, e.g. "Bench Press — Set 3 of 5" • Elapsed workout time, counting up live • A session-progress ring around the screen that fills as you complete your sets • Your live heart rate, measured by the watch and added to the workout's heart-rate record IMPORTANT — this is a companion app • It requires the MSCLS app on iPhone and the Garmin Connect™ Mobile app. It does not start, edit, or store workouts on its own — your iPhone conducts the workout and owns all your data. • Keep MSCLS open on your watch during your workout. Heart rate & privacy While a workout is active, the watch measures your heart rate and sends it to the MSCLS iPhone app, which records it with your workout. Nothing is stored on the watch.
