Sauna App counts your sauna rounds and shows what matters at one glance: heart rate, breathing rate, watch temperature, time in the current round and total time. Press START when you arrive (the visit opens with a break), LAP/BACK to switch sauna ↔ break, START again to save. Four screens: live, sauna totals, break totals with the heart-rate drop after leaving the sauna and the post-sauna peak, and the last sauna with a heart-rate chart. Big numbers sized for every display, readable in a hot room. Saved to Garmin Connect as a "Meditation" activity named "Sauna" with one lap per round, breathing and temperature charts and summary fields (entries, sauna time, breaks, break time, max temperature, max heart rate, average breathing, peak heart rate after the sauna). History of the last 30 visits on the watch. Touch is off by default on watches with UP/DOWN buttons (wet fingers, towels). On Venu and vívoactive swipe up/down to turn the screens and hold the screen for the menu. Two free trial days (24 h each, activated on the watch, phone needed once). Then a one-time unlock code from saunaapp.pl (EUR 5, no subscription), tied to your watch ID shown on the Licence screen. The phone is not needed during the sauna. Important: Garmin watches are not designed for sauna use. Garmin rates them for operation up to 60 °C, while sauna air is usually 80–100 °C. Heat and steam can damage the watch, its battery or seals and may void the warranty. You use the watch and this app in a sauna entirely at your own risk; the author accepts no liability for any damage to the watch or for health consequences. The temperature shown is the watch's own sensor, not the sauna air. This app is not a medical device. Not affiliated with Garmin.

Two new things. Records in the menu (MENU, hold UP; on Venu and vívoactive hold BACK or the screen): visits, saunas and time in the sauna in total, plus your longest sauna, longest visit, most saunas in one visit, highest heart rate and highest watch temperature, each with the day it was set; they start from your saved history. Sauna reminders: up to three, each a minute of the sauna entry and a short, double or long vibration, for example 7 min short and 15 min long. Set them in the watch menu or in the app settings in Garmin Connect; off by default. Nothing else changes.
