Simple Rest Timer A no-frills rest timer for the gym. Open it, press start, and rest. When time's up, your watch buzzes. Built for timing rest between sets without digging through menus. It has one screen, one number and one button. FEATURES • One-press start: press the top-right button to begin the countdown, and press again to reset. • Countdown ring: a ring around the edge of the screen empties as your rest runs down, so a quick glance tells you how much time is left. • Vibration alert: at zero the screen shows TIME and the watch vibrates three times. Then the timer resets, ready for your next set. • Adjustable rest time from 5 seconds to 3 minutes, in 5-second steps. • Remembers your time: your rest time is saved and restored the next time you open the app. • Color cues: white when stopped, green while counting down, yellow while editing. • On-screen hints show the controls, so there's nothing to memorize. HOW TO USE Touchscreen watches: • Top-right button: start / reset • Tap and hold the screen: edit the rest time • Swipe up or down: change the time • Tap or press the top-right button: save (Back cancels) Button-only watches: • START: start / reset • Hold UP: edit the rest time • UP / DOWN: change the time • START: save The default rest time is 30 seconds.
