Tired of generic "drink every 15 minutes" timers? The Dynamic Hydration Calculator is a smart Data Field that estimates your active sweat loss in real-time, helping you hydrate efficiently during your runs and rides. Instead of a static timer, this data field uses your live Heart Rate and Ambient Temperature to dynamically calculate a personalized sweat rate. As your body works harder and the temperature rises, your estimated fluid loss accelerates. Key Features: • Dynamic Sweat Rate: Calculates real-time sweat loss (ml/hr) based on your live intensity (Heart Rate) and the heat of the environment (Ambient Temperature). • Haptic Reminders: Buzzes with a distinct vibration pattern every time you lose a specific amount of fluid (default: 250ml / ~8oz) so you know exactly when it’s time to take a drink. • Live Tracking: Displays your total accumulated sweat loss and current sweat rate directly on your data screen. • Responsive Design: Automatically scales text to fit perfectly, whether you are using a 1-field layout or a 6-field layout.
