Your watch knows your heart rate. It doesn't know you had a rough morning. Daily Pulse is the missing half. A few taps a day, and every check-in quietly captures your heart rate, Body Battery and step count at that exact moment — so how you felt gets attached to what your body was actually doing. Then, at the end of the week, it tells you what it noticed. One plain sentence. Not a wall of charts. HOW IT WORKS Check in. Five moods, from Very low to Great, across five parts of your life: Work, Home, Alone, Sport, Rest. One screen each. It takes seconds. Get reminded. Up to five reminder slots a day, set from your phone. Miss one? It comes back in 30 minutes instead of leaving you until tomorrow. Read the week. Twenty-one rules go looking for real patterns — mood rising and falling with Body Battery, a higher heart rate on the days you felt worst, one context quietly dragging everything else down, weekends against weekdays, this week against last. Every rule needs a minimum number of check-ins before it will say anything, so a thin week never invents a pattern that isn't there.
