One tap and it counts: breastfeeding, from your wrist. Toma logs which breast you fed from, when the feed started and how long it lasted, with a single gesture and using only the buttons, with the baby in your arms. It is a personal log: it is not a medical device and gives no medical advice. WHAT IT DOES • Two halves, two breasts: tap the left or right half, or press START for the suggested side. • Suggests which breast is next: the opposite of the one you started with last time, or where you ended. • Per-breast timer, BACK switches side, UP pauses and DOWN adds "+1 min" for when you remember the app with the baby already feeding. • Saves instantly and can be undone for 6 seconds. Nothing asks for confirmation. • Last 24 h history with a strip to see the rhythm of the day. • Delete a feed from the history if one was logged by mistake, and the deletion can be undone for 6 seconds. • Made for night feeds: black background, big letters and a dim red night mode, automatic from 22:00 to 07:00. IN THE GLANCE • How long since the last feed (counted from its start, as midwives and paediatricians do), which breast is next and when the next feed is due. During a feed, the side and its time. DESIGNED WITH BREASTFEEDING MOTHERS • Touch lock while feeding: the baby's hand cannot stop the timer or switch sides. The buttons keep working. • Joins close feeds: start again less than 15 minutes later (burping, nappy, cluster feeding) and it continues the same feed. • A gentle nudge to switch sides and "Still feeding?" after one hour, in case you fall asleep. One gentle alert (a double buzz), only once, and both can be turned off: your baby sets the pace. • Optional next-feed reminder, also with the app closed. SETTINGS (on the watch and in Garmin Connect) • Touch lock while feeding: On / Off. • Suggested breast: Alternate start / Where I ended. • Switch reminder: Off / 10 / 15 / 20 min. • Next feed reminder: Off / 2 / 2.5 / 3 h, counted from the start of the last feed. • Join close feeds: If less than 15 min / Off. • Automatic night mode: 22:00–07:00 / Off. NOTES AND LIMITS • A personal log, not a medical device: it gives no advice and does not replace your midwife, lactation consultant or paediatrician. • Your data stays on the watch: the app sends nothing to any server and asks for no location, health or communication permissions. Reinstalling the app or changing watch deletes the history. • The screen turns off with the watch's backlight setting; the feed keeps counting and you see it in the glance. • Feeds shorter than 30 seconds are not saved (so accidental starts are not logged), and the app says so. • In English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Italian, Portuguese and Polish.
