GAROS brings a compact MATTHEÜS control layer to Garmin. It combines local health and training tools with planning, focus and connected workflow modules in one watch-first interface. Core capabilities include MAT Hece, Training, Timer, Stopwatch, Focus, Tasks, Calendar, Missions, Projects, Notifications, Decisions, Devices, Event Stream, School/Zermelo integration, JAI companion interaction, system diagnostics and settings. GAROS is designed to remain useful offline. Connected MATTHEÜS features are optional and require a user-configured HTTPS gateway. Zermelo integration is optional, disabled by default and requires the user's own institution and pairing code. Health information is informational and is not medical advice.
