Each one can show: heart rate, battery %, steps, calories, distance, floors climbed, step-goal %, or off. The icon in each window follows the reading you pick. Icon colours are fixed by position - pink on the left, sky blue on the right, yellow at the bottom - so you always know which window is which. --- THREE HAND STYLES --- Forge Orange, Ice Blue, Crimson Red. The style colours the hour hand, the minute hand inlay and the second hand. The neon rings and the metal dial stay the same. --- HOW TO CHANGE SETTINGS --- On the watch: hold the screen on the watch face and open its settings. On watches with Garmin's newer face editor (such as fenix 8 and fenix 9) you can also tap Edit and pick data and styles there. On your phone: open the Connect IQ app, go to My Device, choose Neon Forge Chrono and tap Settings. --- ALWAYS-ON DISPLAY --- On AMOLED watches the always-on screen drops to a centred digital time and weekday in dim grey, with no dial or sensors. Thin dark lines shift every minute so the same pixels do not stay lit. --- GOOD TO KNOW --- A reading that is not available shows --. Heart rate uses your watch's recent sensor history and refreshes while the face is awake. Calories and distance are daily totals. Distance and 12/24-hour time follow your watch settings.
