Eyes Closed Mode allows you to complete a session with minimal need to look at the watch. Vibration is automatically kept on so you can follow each phase by feel, while sound can be enabled if you prefer matching audible cues. During the relaxation phase, the watch also shows the current muscle and gives you a clear preview of the next muscle halfway through, helping you stay prepared without breaking the flow of the session.
