Keterangan

Build and run intervals on your watch. Choose 1–30 repetitions, work intervals by distance or time, and recovery in seconds. Maratonia shows the remaining target, distance, pace and heart rate when available, vibrates at each step and saves your run as a Garmin activity. Timed recovery keeps counting while you stand still. Manual pause freezes the countdown. You can include or omit the final recovery and try a short 5 s + 60 s recovery + 5 s session. No phone or Maratonia account is required to create intervals. Open the options with START or by tapping a touch screen. During a run, touch options pause the activity and let you resume, save or discard it; button-only watches use START to pause and BACK for the finish menu. Wait for GPS before outdoor distance sessions. This first release uses metric units. It does not include mobile plan synchronization, voice, music or Coach. Compatibility is listed under Compatible Devices; keep your watch firmware updated. Privacy: workout settings are stored on your watch. Saved FIT activities may sync through Garmin Connect according to your Garmin settings. This watch app does not send location, heart rate or activities to Maratonia servers and has no advertising or analytics. Support: [email protected]
