Your personal dips coach on the wrist. Pick from 9 ready-made dip workouts across 3 difficulty levels — Easy, Medium and Hard — or build your own. Choose a sets×reps program or a "beat-the-clock" goal (X reps in Y minutes), then just push. How counting works: the watch shows your target reps for each set and you tap "done" when the round is finished — ideal for strict, ring and weighted work. Parallel-bar dips also attempt automatic counting from your wrist — tap the screen to add or remove a rep any time. After each set you confirm the count, then a rest timer runs you into the next round.
