Round Timer runs a bout on your watch: a get-ready count, then rounds with rest between them. Defaults are 12 rounds of 3 minutes with 1 minute rest; every length is set in the Garmin Connect app, and a warning buzz tells you when the round is about to end.
It shows the round number and the time left, and vibrates and beeps at each change.
Controls:
Select or tap: start or pause
Down: next phase
Up: back to the start of the phase
Back: pause
Menu: reset (press twice once it is running)
Vibration and beeps at each change can both be turned off in settings.
