Interval Reps is the missing swimming workout feature for Garmin watches that serious swimmers have been waiting for. Designed specifically for interval-based swim training, this smart data field automatically detects and counts sequences of identical swim intervals, helping you stay focused on your workout without mentally tracking repeats. To maximize the limited screen space available during pool workouts, Interval Reps intelligently changes what is displayed depending on your activity state: • During swimming — shows the current interval distance • During rest periods — shows the repeat set progress (e.g., 10×100 or 8×50) or the last interval distance when no repeating pattern is detected This adaptive behavior gives swimmers the most relevant information exactly when they need it, without cluttering the display or requiring multiple data screens. Key Features: • Automatic repeat counting for identical intervals • Optimized for structured swimming workouts • Smart context-aware display switching • Clean, glanceable layout for fast readability • Eliminates manual repeat tracking • Works alongside standard Garmin swim metrics Whether you're training for triathlon, masters swimming, or competitive racing, Interval Reps helps you stay locked into your set and focus entirely on performance.
