Under the clock, your pick: Hourly forecast: this hour and up to six ahead, with icons, temperatures and rain bars. Body Battery: up to 24 hours, hour by hour. Calories: seven days, with the daily average. Resting heart rate: seven days, with your weekly average. Training status: where you stand, from strained to peaking. 15 THEMES. 3 CLOCK FONTS. Atlas Prism gives the metrics their own colors; Atlas White keeps them, with white icons. Thirteen more put one color on every ring and bar. Clock: Engineered, Rally or Instrument, filled or outlined. COLOR WITH MEANING. Most rings and bars fill in gradients, so the color shows how far a reading has come. Step, floor, active calorie and intensity goals light up solid once reached. Heart rate follows your own zones, and VO2 max is placed against the age and sex in your Garmin profile (a default when unset). SUN COMPASS. FOLLOW THE LIGHT. The sun's direction in degrees and, in a ring, today's arc from sunrise to sunset, brightest at solar noon. No GPS: it uses Garmin's weather location. ALWAYS-ON. FOUR MODES. Band color (default): the dial dimmed, the band in color. Full color or Black and white: all dimmed. Seconds hidden. Clock only: just the time. Where needed, the dial shifts against burn-in. CUSTOMIZE. WATCH OR PHONE. Hold MENU on the face, then Watch Face, then Customize (as on a fenix 8). Connect IQ Mobile sets up all three layouts at once.
