Digital Coach Pro is a health and fitness coach on a date-rich watch face: one score, and one line on what to do with the next hour. If you like the watch face, please leave a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and review. It helps a lot. Thank you. Unlock forever for $1.99 after your 24 hour trial. Zero subscription fees, all future updates included. ⭐ THE MOMENT RING Most health faces show what you have already done. This one answers a different question: not "how did today go?", but "what should I do with the next hour?". It is not another Body Battery readout. It can read low on a full battery and high on a low one, because it weighs four things against YOUR learned pattern: activity against your normal heart rate for this hour, stress against your norm, which way your recovery is moving, and whether you should be awake at all. - Four phases: PRIME, MOVE, EASE and REST, with a score from 0 to 100 - TUNING for the first couple of hours while it learns your baseline, then the score is yours and keeps sharpening ⭐ THE DIAL - THE COACH LINE: one instruction, in a two-tone LED dot matrix - THREE COMPLICATIONS from 23 metrics: steps, heart rate, Body Battery, stress, calories, floors, SpO2, respiration, VO2 max, pressure, altitude, distance, temperature, forecast high and low, sunrise, sunset, moon, week number and more - THE BOTTOM ROW: a segmented goal bar, or two more gauges - WEATHER: a condition icon and the temperature - Touchscreens: long-press a complication to open its Garmin glance ⭐ CUSTOMIZATION - 11 accent colours, or any hex colour you type - 4 time fonts: Default, Advanced Dot Digital, Beautiful Police Officer and HIGHSPEED - High-contrast text - English, German, French and Russian - Change settings in Garmin Connect, or on the watch under Watch Face, Customize AOD: on AMOLED, your time and the coach line (or time only) on true black; the ring is never lit. On MIP the full face stays up all day. ⭐ MOMENT BREAKDOWN APP A separate app showing the calculations behind the moment, why the coach said it, and every raw signal it uses. Long-press the ring to open it. This watch face works 100% without it as well. https://apps.garmin.com/apps/37729b5d-97b2-4933-adfc-511af32a52ff ⭐ FREE TRIAL When the trial ends, your watch shows a code.
