Deskripsi

Questions, issues, requests all welcome - they are what make things better - I do this for fun and share hoping it is useful. Please use the 'Contact Developer' option to contact me with problems or suggestions. If you like this data field, then please leave a review. This is a full screen heart rate data field for running. I struggle to stay in aerobic zone for gentle runs and wanted a data field dedicated to monitoring heart rate. In particular, there are configurable vibration alerts indicating entering and leaving set heart rate zones as well as a graph of the current activity heart rate. The settings require Connect IQ phone app or Garmin Express. The set heart rate zones can be configured (defaults to activity HR zones when set to 0 and values less than 100 are treated as percentage of max heart rate) as well as 6 heart rate zone changes, each with a choice of 8 vibration patterns. Vibration alerts can be set to occur only when this data field is displayed, or on or off. If you want the alerts to occur while other data field screens are displayed, then this screen needs to be accessed at least once as well as setting the option to 'On all screens'. In order to reduce multiple alerts as the heart rate hovers just below and above an alert level the following two options are provided. Either or both of these may be used at the same time. 1] Min alert interval : Multiple alerts are not made within this time period (default 5 sec). This prevents alerts for short excursions into a new zone and then back again. 2] Alert tolerance : To trigger an alert the heart rate must exceed the limit by this number of bpm, i.e. the heart rate must move a little further into the new zone to register an alert. Default is 0, but try 1 to reduce zone boundary alerts. While this data field should work for all listed watches, some features may not be cosmetically as good on older watches. Any problems, please contact and I will do what I can for these cases. Installing data fields is a little different to watch faces and widgets, here is a guide: https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=gyywAozBuAAGlvfzvR9VZ8
