Deskripsi

Still enough light, or time to head down? The answer is on your wrist. ———————————————————————— FOREST · SANDSTONE · ALPINE · CARBON ———————————————————————— Across the top runs the daylight arc: sunrise on the left, sunset on the right, and the sun moving between them once a minute. One look tells you how much day is left, with no arithmetic. Along the bottom runs the altitude scale: the ribbon slides under a fixed pointer, so height reads the same way the time does. Metres or feet, as you prefer. ALSO ON SCREEN — Big squared time, readable while you walk — Three fields you choose: steps, distance, heart rate, calories, floors, Body Battery, stress, wind, active minutes, battery, notifications, sunrise, sunset, altitude, temperature — or empty — Temperature in °C or °F, distance in kilometres or miles — Four backgrounds: forest, sandstone, alpine and carbon — English or Russian, whatever the watch language is — Always-on keeps the outlined time in the centre AT NIGHT, AND AT THE POLES Once the sun is down it leaves the arc and the face says NIGHT. Where sunrise and sunset are not available — in polar daylight, for instance — you get dashes and an explanation, not an invented time. WHERE THE POSITION COMES FROM The face never starts the GPS. It uses coordinates you enter in settings, or the last known fix, or Garmin's weather location. If you are walking far from that saved fix, set the coordinates yourself, or the sun will be worked out for the place you left.
