Deskripsi

https://smashcoach.app builds one weekly training plan around everything you do: HYROX race prep alongside your swimming, running, tennis, padel and more. This app puts that plan on your wrist. It does not make up workouts: it runs the sessions your plan holds, guides you through each one, records it as a Garmin activity and sends the result back to your plan. — HOW IT WORKS — 1. Sign up at smashcoach.app and get your plan. Two weeks of Pro are free, no card required. 2. Install this app and open it on your watch. It shows a six-character code. 3. Press START to open the link page on your phone, or in the Smash Coach app go to You → Settings → Connected devices → Pair a watch and enter the code. Tap LINK THIS WATCH. 4. Your next three days of sessions arrive on the watch, ready to run offline. 5. Open Workouts, pick today's session, look over the preview and press START. 6. Train. The watch walks you through the session block by block. 7. Finish, rate how hard it felt and read your summary. The workout is saved to Garmin Connect and synced back to Smash Coach, where the session is marked done. — DURING THE WORKOUT — • The target for each block, big: time, reps or distance, with the round, e.g. 8x (2/3) • The exercise, a coaching cue and what comes next • Heart-rate gauge with zone colours, a block clock and a progress ring • A 3-2-1 count-in and a vibration at every change • Timed blocks move on by themselves; press LAP (or tap) for the rest • Moves done on each side run as a Left and a Right step • After a set, log your reps, weight or distance; it opens on what you did last round • UP/DOWN to switch pages: main, run (pace, distance, cadence), exercise picture, stats (total time, block, time of day) • START for the pause menu: Resume, Undo last, Save & Exit, Discard & Exit • Live sync: move on from the watch or the phone and the other follows — AFTER THE WORKOUT — • Effort check-in (1–10) • Summary with total time, heart rate, distance and every block • A native Garmin activity: heart rate, GPS outdoors and one lap per block • History keeps your last 20 workouts and whether each has synced — BUILT NOT TO LOSE A WORKOUT — • Sessions are sent ahead, so a whole workout runs without your phone • Finished with no signal? The result waits on the watch and is sent when it reconnects • Interrupted mid-workout? The next launch offers to resume where you left off — BEFORE YOU START — • You need a Smash Coach account. Workouts reach the watch with Smash Coach Pro, two weeks free at smashcoach.app. • Keep the Garmin Connect app on your phone: it carries pairing, your plan and your results. • Runs, HYROX and bootcamp ask Indoor or Outdoor. Outdoor uses GPS. • Settings: vibration, tones, auto-advance, live sync, workout touch, units. • Help: smashcoach.app/help
