Opis
This is a very specific heart rate monitoring activity to be used when sleeping, developed following a request on Garmin IQ forum, https://forums.garmin.com/developer/connect-iq/f/app-ideas/415099/build-an-activity-to-monitor-hr-while-sleeping.
It is designed to monitor heart rate over a specified short duration (around 1 min) and if the heartrate has exceeded a defined limit for that time, an alert is made. A timer is also started that will alert the wearer after a longer countdown period (a few hours).
It is informational only and cannot be relied on medically.

1.2.1
• Option added to set min heart rate for alert, default 0. If either the interval heartrate falls below min or above max then an alert is triggered. A value of 0 clearly prevents min alert functionality by default as I am unsure of its use case for this app, but it was requested in a review.
1.1.5
• Spanish localisation
1.1.4
• 'Save and exit' confirmation removed
• Minimal display mode (red, yellow, green) option setting added
• Double press for pause option setting added
