If you also use GYM Power Pro, explicitly link the two paired apps and select the source plan list to share. The website builder offers the 60 exercises common to both apps and supports custom exercises. Strength Flow's on-watch exercise catalog has 120 entries. Device keys and workout histories remain separate. HOW TO USE Choose a program, synced website plan or Quick Workout. Adjust the weight and repetitions, confirm the set, then use the rest timer. Finish & Save keeps the workout. Undo removes a set from the app's current workout; a FIT lap already recorded for that set remains in Garmin Connect. Weight and repetitions are entered manually. This app does not automatically detect exercises or repetitions. Your last 30 saved workouts form the watch's bounded history/sync queue; older uploaded history remains available on the website until deleted or removed under the retention policy.
