Opis
An elegant, uncluttered analog watch face that carries ten customisable,
tappable data fields without ever looking crowded.
A quiet topographic background, customisable hands, hollow hour markers: the time
stays readable at a glance, the data is there when you look for it.
TEN FIELDS, YOUR CHOICE
Each slot is picked in the watch's own editor: long press the face, then Data.
Every data source your watch has is there, including those published by your
apps.
A long press on a field opens the app behind it. Not a single tap: a Connect
IQ watch face never receives that gesture, which is a platform limit.
WHAT THE FACE BUILDS ITSELF
At the centre, the next solar event — sunrise while the sun is down, sunset
while it is up.
The barometer carries a trend arrow, computed over three hours.
Three segmented gauges frame the dial: Body Battery on the left, battery on
the right, daylight at the top, sunrise to sunset.
The battery field reads as remaining runtime rather than a percentage: "12j"
for twelve days, "18h" when less than a day is left.
SETTINGS, FROM THE FACE ITSELF
Long press and it is all there: the ten fields, five hand styles — three
widths, segmented or not — the hand colour and the data colour, set
separately.
Two settings stay in Connect IQ for lack of room in the editor: the second
hand, and value size, normal or large.
WORTH KNOWING
The barometer arrow reads ambient pressure, the only kind the watch records.
After a climb it describes the terrain, not the weather.
The very first time you open the Data page, the watch assigns battery to every
slot you never picked yourself. Fix them once and they will hold.
A field published by a third-party app falls back to its default after the
face restarts: the watch gives it no identifier to remember.
Alarm time stays out of reach. The watch reports only how many alarms are set,
never their time.
Devices: fēnix 9 Pro 43, 47 and 51 mm. French and English.
Popis promjena
The battery now reads as remaining runtime instead of a percentage: "4.8j", and
"18h" when less than a day is left. A percentage tells you nothing about how
long the watch will last; the watch itself knows how to estimate it.
The format is yours to pick in the settings: percentage as before, whole days,
or days with one decimal — the default — or two. On four days of runtime, a
whole-day step is a quarter of what is shown.
The three gauges still fill with the charge: their ten segments have no scale
in days.
