ProCast — podcasts on your Garmin watch Build your episode queue in a browser at procast.top. Your watch pulls it with a single Synchronize command and downloads the episodes over Wi-Fi. On a run, at the gym or on a hike you do not need your phone — the episodes are already on your wrist. WHAT IT DOES - Queue on the big screen. Search podcasts, manage subscriptions and order episodes in the browser. The watch only has to download the finished list. - Speed and quality. Per podcast and per episode: 1x, 1.25x, 1.5x, 1.75x or 2x, and 64 or 128 kbps quality (original at 1x). - Two-way position. Set the starting point in the browser and get the actual watch position back. Continue from the same place in the web player and on the watch. - Finished episodes disappear. A completed episode leaves the queue. If you stop a few minutes before the end, it still counts as finished and moves to history. - Episode navigation. A circular scrubber along the bezel: tap the ring to jump to any minute, use up/down to nudge by ±5 minutes. Save or START/ENTER restarts the episode from the chosen point, BACK cancels. - Automatic new episodes. Flip the switch on a podcast and new episodes are queued automatically — up to ten per feed refresh. - Insert position per podcast. News at the top of the queue, long interviews at the bottom. Configured separately for every subscription. - Your own audio by URL. Paste a direct audio link and it joins the queue like a regular episode — no podcast or feed required. - Listening history. See what you finished, when, and how much time you spent over the week. - One-time pairing. The watch authorizes through an OAuth window on your phone: email and password, GitHub or Google. After that the phone is not needed for listening. - Settings on the watch. Forward and backward step (15/30/45 seconds or 1 minute), finished threshold (0 to 10 minutes), show finished episodes, finish notification and sync on charge. - Player buttons your way. Nine slots in Garmin Connect settings: skip forward and backward, next, previous, restart, scrubber, hide episode or leave the slot empty. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install ProCast from the Connect IQ Store. 2. Authorize the watch once in the OAuth window on your phone. 3. Build the queue at procast.top — search, subscriptions, episode order. 4. Before you head out, tap Synchronize in the watch app: the queue downloads over Wi-Fi. The next sync sends your listening positions back to the browser.
