Para vincularla: en winwatts.com, Perfil → Conexiones → Garmin → Vincular, y escribe el código en los ajustes de la app (Garmin Connect → Tienda Connect IQ → Dispositivo → Mis campos de datos → WinWatts Run → Configuración). Sin vincular, escribe tu ritmo umbral y tu pulso en los ajustes para ver los colores de zona.
