Opis

Slow breathing has a number of positive effects on health, such as increasing heart rate variability and reducing stress. The optimal breathing rate is 5.5 breaths per minute, which corresponds to one breath approximately every 11 seconds. With this app, you can easily train your breathing to a slow rate. It signals both visually and by vibration and/or sound (if the watch supports this) when to breathe in and out every 5.5 seconds. The heart rate display can now also be turned on and off. When using the timer (5, 10, or 20 minutes), a heart rate graph is also displayed afterwards so that you can see the effect of the breathing exercise on your heart rate. The app does not have a start/stop option or data recording, as this would not make any sense. It's a clean and simple app for getting used to breathing at a rate of 5.5 breaths per minute.
