Your training plan on your wrist. ROX RACE loads today's session, walks you through exercises, sets and rests with just two buttons, and logs every step back to the ROX RACE app. The activity is recorded in Garmin Connect at the same time. Pairing: start the watch app, then enter the 6-digit code in the ROX RACE app under Profile → Garmin watch. Requires the ROX RACE app and the Garmin Connect app on your phone.

New in 1.0.3 • Warm-up and cool-down are now part of the session on the watch, one step each. • Three screens during training: the step, heart rate only, and the session so far. Swipe or press UP/DOWN to switch. • Rate your effort (1–10) after finishing; it is saved with the session. • Treadmill mode for run sessions: press LAP before the start to run without GPS. • Works without your phone: today's plan is stored on the watch, results are sent once the phone is back. • Every round of a session is logged separately; the finish saves what you actually did. • Heart rate shows in your Garmin zone colours, neutral when no zones are set. • Version number shown on the start screen. New in 1.0.2 • Calories of each session are added to the nutrition diary in the app automatically New since 1.0.1 • Runs on 134 Garmin watches (fēnix, Forerunner, Venu, vívoactive, Instinct, epix, Enduro, MARQ, Descent, D2, Approach) • Pause menu: resume, save & end, or discard • Heart rate as a beating heart in your HR zone colour • Session overview: every step before you start • Progress ring along the bezel, hints right at the buttons • Race mode for HYROX race day: live delta to your pacing plan on the wrist
